BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR GIFT BOXES
- The amount of the gift box must be paid in full.

- The gift box is valid for one year from the date of purchase, to be chosen on any day except 13, 14 February and 24, 31 December in the "All Year Round" option. The "Sunday to Thursday" gift boxes do not include the above-mentioned days as well as public holidays and eves. .
- No refunds are allowed.
- The gift code voucher must be presented at check-in.
- Gift boxes will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
- Gift boxes with express delivery will arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
- If during the process of redeeming your box, there is no moon available for the category that corresponds to you, you can still enjoy the Miluna experience with the possibility of opting for a different category by paying the difference in price if applicable.

- Once the reservation has been formalised, if the client calls more than 15 days prior to arrival, he/she will have the possibility of changing the day of the reservation on only one occasion. Less than 15 days before arrival, the date cannot be changed.
- During the booking process, you will have the option of taking out a date change insurance at an additional cost. The gift box date change insurance will only allow you to change the date of the booking, giving up to 72 hours' notice on one occasion only. Under no circumstances will the amount of the gift box be refunded.

* We authorise your credit card at check-in to ensure that there are sufficient funds to pay your final bill - possible extra charges, additional services contracted and not paid, or any incident during the use of the facilities and amenities that we put at your disposal - and we keep this amount for the duration of your stay. The amount we verify will be 100€ per night.
* In order to preserve the silence of the night and guarantee a full experience, no children under 10 years of age or animals are allowed.
